Jeffery's MacIntyre is the Production Designer of the movie A Single Woman.

Jefferey's first art class at age 4 connected the idea of making art a reality early on.
A degree in Economics from UCSC and studying Art History help to develop an understanding
of art and commerce. He then had the good fortune of working for  8 years as an art consultant; where he developed art collections, designed gallery shows, and began collecting artworks.   Eventually a passionate love of Film and Television led him to working in the art department of various projects for the past 13 years.  Learning from the bottom up and excelling in many different job titles.
Jefferey is an accomplished yoga and meditation teacher, healer and  Thai massage therapist. Integrating this spiritual  life  into  the entertainment world has been a challenge indeed.
"Production Design has the same basic principal of being inspired, communicating ideas

and needs, working hard to create the vision of the art itself.  Working within the parameters of style, time periods and of course financial budget.   Only it is a collective group vision co-creating the "art" versus a singular expression of the artist.  Single Woman touched me so deeply the first time and subsequent times reading this true story of a remarkable Amercian woman. I wanted to create something beautiful, poetic, authentic, and true that would be the right essence for this character to come alive."
